Can't change interface settings on a USG20W (ok button disabled)
We use a USG20W, it's probably called USG FLEX 50W now. It's running for quite some years and we did not want to retire it yet.
Anyway, if we open the interface settings of the lan1 interface, the ok button is disabled (right after opening the settings without changing anything). Probably because there is an error in the connectivity check. However, even if we disable the connectivity check and solve the error, the ok button keeps being disabled (grayed out).
Model: USG FLEX 50W (formerly USG20W-VPN)
Firmware: 5.20(ABAR.0)
Any idea how to fix this?

HI @Remo
Did you try to clean up the cache and cookies in your browser or use the incognito browser tab?
If that didn´t help, please be in touch with Support to Request 5.20 Weekly File, which may solve this issue already or deeper investigation.

Thanks.

Thanks @Zyxel_Tobias for your quick reply. We manually removed the "connectivity check" through CLI which solved the problem.1
