wrong assignment of a license

good morning, on the portal I have mistakenly assigned a license to a wrong user.

is there any way to assign it to the correct user?

on which Portal? Nebula? MyZyxel?

Usually, you can Transfer a license to another User using License Transfer features.

If you can´t find it, log a ticket with Serial Number / Mac / Account from and to with the same information and we´ll help you to move it.
