With the announcement of the WiFi 6 Release 2 standard at CES.........
Does the current slew of APs already support Release 2 with a software update? Namely for me the NWA210AX?

Wi-Fi 6 also referred to as 802.11ax. using only the 2.4/5 GHz frequency,

And Wi-Fi 6E utilize the 6GHz frequency band.

For NWA210AX support:

2.4 GHz

USA (FCC): 2.412 to 2.462 GHz

Europe (ETSI): 2.412 to 2.472 GHz

5 GHz

USA (FCC): 5.15 to 5.35 GHz; 5.470 to 5.850 GHz

European (ETSI): 5.15 to 5.35 GHz; 5.470 to 5.725 GHz

I'm not asking about WiFi 6E.....

I'm talking about the wifi 6 AX APs.  That standard was announced an upgrade at CES. It's release 2 or rev 2....

I don't know what happened here but things double posted and i deleted this by mistake.

My question isn't about Wifi 6E.

I'm asking about the updated Wifi 6 standard.  Read the articles posted above please.

A Wi-Fi 6E product has been promised for over a year, same with a USG Flex 1000, along with a XS1930-F (even show in documentation).    Any real hope, or are these items just twisting in the wind, perhaps as prototypes, whose product design team has left a long time ago or moved on to other projects?
