I have an issue
I have a Zyxel GS2200-8 that does not boot anymore.
The sys led sys is blinking alternately.

I can't reset the switch because the embeded os don't start correctly...

I don't have see any "hidden" little button on the switch.

How can I reset my switch with factory configuration ???

Welcome to Zyxel community.

GS2200-8  has a button at the right side panel, but the function is only to reboot the switch.

Based on your current status, please refer to this link to resolve the event.

I have a issue the same.

I using Zyxel MES3500. Erorr, Looping. Not load data to DRAM.

I can't go to select debug mode. And can't boot file ROM again.

Please, Can you help me?

If you can not access debug mode of your device, it's probably a hardware issue.

Please direct to your reseller for RMA.
