What happened to the Anti-Spam package?

Renewed subscription this year and was only offered a 3 app package vs the 5 app package previously offered.  Now I've been put in an endless loop because ZyXel sends me emails and my login show the need to renew - however, the link in both take me to the portal showing the same package I purchased.

    I have the same problem. Just renewed my licence via the Marketplace and noticed that the validity of the Anti-Spam still stays the old one, while the rest of the services has been extended for 1 year. I have then checked what I have actually paid for (3-1 package for USG40W) and really - there is no Anti-Spam there!
    What do I do for the Anti-Spam protection?

    The issue is fixed. We remove unnecessary renewed mail assume licenses  has been extend.
