We have a group of 3 AP's. One is an NWA5123ACHD that is operating in limited power mode.

What can be done to correct this.

    'Limited power mode' is a compatibility mode which is enabled when the switch or injector powering the AP does not support 30-watt 802.3at(PoE+).
    Without knowing how you are powering this AP, I can only guess that it is connected to a 15-watt 802.3af switch/injector.
    In order to get full performance, you will need to connect the NWA5123ACHD to a switch or injector that supports 802.3at(PoE+).
