Why does the apt100 will not send the configuration file?

Bevor the atp100 will send the configuration file to a e-Mail adress.
Since two weeks it is not sending.
The daily report file is sending correctly.

Where i must config that the apt100 send the configuration File?

Greeting Forum,
Could you kindly perform the following and send the result to us?
1)Check there is correct setting in System->Notification->Mail Server
2)Capture the Packet when the schedule arrives

Tested here on VPN300 for Configuration File Backup with Daily 1 hour so every send at 1am every day to my local Email server with send Email checked works fine.

Edit: it looks like the config is sent when their are changes made

If there no configuration change compare with previous one.
Then it'll not send out the same backup.
