Remove a device from myZyxel

How to remove a device from myZyxel so I can give it to someone else to register on there own account. All active services have already been moved to our new Device

    Hi @drichter100,
    New device owner can just log in device Web GUI and click link below to register device again.
    It can transfer device to new owner in Myzyxel.com

    So you are saying, Our old device does not need to be removed from our myzyxel account to be able to add it to a new myzyxel account. Is that correct?

    Hi @drichter100,
    Yes, as long as you are indeed device owner, and click register link from device.
    It can be transfer to new owner.
