Getting this log error FIRMWARE: Upgrade RPC info check fail! when trying to firmware upgrade USG20-VPN to v5.21 in Nebula - is it a bug or?

    What is the current version of the USG20w-VPN?

    For further troubleshooting, could you enable Zyxel Support access for us? and provide the org/site name to me via private message?

    Nebula Control Center pushed a new firmware V5.21(ABAR.1)E1 yesterday. 
    Could you check on your device if it's able to upgrade?
