configured VPN tunnel address is still active even though deleted

I verified the previous IP not matching against show running-config | match "192.168.200.x" however a traceroute shows the traffic routing to 192.168.200.1 and I able to ssh to 192.168.200.1. Very weird issue.

    192.168.200.1 is a default network extension configured as part of Global Settings of SSL VPN.
