USG110 Antispam Log truncates the subject of the email

Hi guys, i'm really freaking out about weird behavior on a usg110.
Apparently the antispam registry service truncates email's object randomly (but every day).

This is an example of correct email received, where the string is at the end of the object.

Subject: Avviso di scadenza: Periodo di prova, azienda: FARMACIA LA GRANDE
 S.n.c., dipendente: VENUTA MATTIA, data scadenza: 02/01/2022
X-ZyXEL-AS-Log: USG110-SN-FW02-1-WhiteList 

This is an example of truncated object; the string is in the middle and the next part of the object is truncated

Subject: Avviso di scadenza: Periodo di prova, azienda: FLOW S.r.l.,
X-ZyXEL-AS-Log: USG110-SN-FW02-1-WhiteList    
dipendente: BALBONI YLENIA, data scadenza: 12/01/2022  

If Antispam log is turned off no more issues.

Firmware is the latest

Any idea?

    Hi @Fred_77

    When Anti-spam scans an e-mail successfully and the X-header of the e-mail would be added as extra information to highlight this mail had been scanned by your USG110 device.  It's normal behavior, so don't worry about that :) .

    Hi @Zyxel_Jeff thank you for your reply...
    it would be a normal behavior if the string would be added at the end of the object... but it's added in the middle of the object, and the next part of the object is truncated.
    Example: if the object is "This is the object of the email" and  AntiSpan string is added at the end i can see the object  correctly. 
    If the AntiSpam string is addedd in the middle i can see " This is the".... and the next part is lost.

    (1). the screenshots about this symptom 

    (2). device configuration file 

    (3). diag-info log  

    (4). the e-mail file which was scanned by Anti-spam  

    (5). the e-mail file which was not scanned by Anti-spam

    What are your E-mail file format and its protocol?
    Can you collect e-mail packets with and without Anti-spam from the wan and lan interface for us?
