Can´t reach the Server when using mobile hotspot

I use a USG20 VPN Device. Everything works fine when using wifi. But if I need to use my mobile hotpot to get internet, I can connect to the VPN but cannot reach the Server. Any Idea what it could be or how I can fix it.

    Could you provide the Configuration file in Private Messages ?
    And What's type VPN client you use (L2TP, SSLVPN )
