ZyWALL USG 100 Firmware restore via FTP failed!!!
These days I tried to update the firmware via FTP, and then the device cannot be started, I connected the serial port, and the following information is displayed.
I update the firmware according to the prompt FTP connection, and then it keeps saying that it failed, I don't know what to do.I was writing this question and suddenly realized that I used the firmware of the usg100-plus on the usg100. Well, it seems I can't figure it out.

Welcome to Zyxel community. In the process of firmware recovery, if you find the error messages "extract_fw_info: Fail = 255" on console, you may check Windows Firewall settings and disable Windows Firewall temporarily on your laptop.
