Welcome to Zyxel community.
If you ensure the WAN1 port (the first ISP) and the WAN2 port(the secondary ISP AT&T) they are all belong to the same WAN zone,
You don't adjust your security service profiles and security policy.
You can navigate to the Web-GUI path: Configuration -> Object -> Zone and to see WAN1, WAN2 ports if belong to the same WAN zone.
BTW, you can refer to the below tutorial to deploy security services on your Zyxel device.
