We subscribe to the above mentioned. We set our router up for load balancing and brought in AT&T fiber as our second ISP. We haven't had any issues, but wanted to confirm that AT&T would also go through the above filters and not bypass in any way. Is it automatic or do we need to adjust the settings?

Welcome to Zyxel community.

If you ensure the WAN1 port (the first ISP) and the WAN2 port(the secondary ISP AT&T) they are all belong to the same WAN zone,

You don't adjust your security service profiles and security policy.

You can navigate to the Web-GUI path: Configuration -> Object -> Zone and to see WAN1, WAN2 ports if belong to the same WAN zone.
