ZywallATP100 keeps booting

In the last days the network appeared being slow, despite the router being up to speed. Therefore, rebooted the Zywall. Now, it doesn't startup correctly anymore and cannot be reached.
LEDS:
PWR: constant green
SYS: blinking green (for 2 hours or so)
Ports: all off
LEDS:

Ports: all off
Last active FW: 5.00

Tried a hard reset - but that didn't have any effect either. Therefore, have sent it now to the technical service point of Zyxel. Let's see what they say.

@Davide_CUD - No, not yet. The device is on its way to the manufacturer. Knowing that someone is interested in the outcome, I'll post the result here hopefully next week.

You need to update the firmware, see the following post:

@Mario Thank you for that hint - however, if the Zywall device doesn't startup any more and cannot be reset, then I would not know how to patch the firmware...
