Hi,
i have an USG310 (4.31(AAPJ.0)) and wanna to use the Port2 to connect with ISP.  and the ISP offered is 1GB network to us.  i plugged the Cat5e cable to the USG310, and got the status 100M/Full only.   and try to perform speedtest, the output is 9x MB.  I plugged the cable to my laptop, it's show 1GB.   and the speedtest is 4xxMB.

i try to replace cable, and change port, the status still 100M/Full.  and i try cli command, it seem only allow me to change the speed to 10 or 100.

Is there any solution on the above issue ?

Thanks in advance.

Could be a link issue a workaround is to get a 5 port 1Gb switch and connect that in between the connection.

Can you give the modem info being used.

    Hi @JOEY,
It looks like some kind of auto negotiation interoperability with ISP router .
Can you put a Gigabit switch and try it again?

i try to use plug a 1gb switch on that port, and the result is the same as direct plug the isp eth cable.
