Adding email 2FA to MyZyxel account hangs after entering authorization code

I'm trying to enable email 2FA on our MyZyxel account.  I receive the verification code email, enter it in the prompt, and click Verify, but then the verification code box empties and the Verify button becomes greyed out as if I hadn't even entered the code.  I've retried several times (new emails and new codes) but no change.  Please advise.

    Did you try it again after flushing browser cache(history) or changing to other browsers?

    You can have a check if your steps are the same as following steps:
    (1) Enter the six-digit code in the email.

    (2) Enter the backup email address.

    (3) System will display main & backup email address to you and confirm to enable 2FA service.
