Zyxel Cant be registered?

Hi Everyone
I have recently got a Zyxel VMG3925 home router and I have tried to register the device but I don't have the details of the supplier email or VAT
I am based in UK and got the connection through John Lewis broadband, can anyone give any suggestion please as I have only MAC and Serial Number of the device.
