WAX610D keeps booting ?

Hi

We have 4 WAX610D (POE) but 2 of them are in some kind of booting loop.

I have tried pressing the reset, but no luck.

Does any one know how to get dem back online ?

Could you contact your purchase window to RMA the two units?

We’ll investigate the reboot reason by using console cable and keep enhance our product.
