I have a Zyxel USG310 and I need to reconfigure it from scratch. I can't access the old configuration (pw included) so I resetted the unit by the reset switch (tried to old down it for 10 sec and tried to switch on the unit with the reset switch pressed). I assume the system is restored to the factory default (192.168.1.1). I have connected a pc to the lan port (I have tried all the ports from P3 to P8) but nothing. I can't access (time over from the browser). Odd enough the pc seems not receiving the right ip from the USG by DHCP and I can ping the ip (192.168.1.1). In the browser I try to access by the url https://192.168.1.1 (as got the manual). Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

    Hi @Matt10669

after reset/reboot, sys led stop flashing?

If so, you could try to connect to 192.168.1.1 via SSH or plug a console cable into serial port and have a look at booting

    Hi @Matt10669,
As Fred_77 said, It would need the serial cable .
Please kindly plug in console port with serial cable and share the screenshot.
