I have set 200 Mbit bandwith limit in Ingress RateLimit but it seems not work, infact the speed rate is too variable and is set to 20 - 30 MBit, and if I try to set Egress RateLimit everything works perfectly!!

This is a known issue on GS1900 series for gaps on TCP traffic ingress rate limit performance.  Zyxel has made effort to improve accuracy of ingress rate limit performance on business Switch GS2220 series and above as this is more frequently used as an advanced requirement for business network.  For product positioning of GS1900 as an entry-level smart managed Switch , it carries simple network features for basic network setups.

It's been a while not hearing from you, there is one thing I'd like to confirm with you, when you mention about "the speed rate is too variable and is set to 20 - 30 MBit" does that means the speed drops down to 30Mbps or it's like if the speed limit was 100 and you only get 70~80 Mbps?
