ATP 500 client can not connect to FTP

Hello 
We have a strange problem. It is not possible to connect to a FTP server from LAN to WAN. I have turned of all security services and added IP exceptions. But still no luck.
If we attach our old USG 200 then no problem???

    Welcome to Zyxel community :) .

    Can you enable FTP ALG feature on your device and make sure the FTP port(the default value is 21) is correct? You can check it on the Web-GUI path Configuration->ALG-> FTP Settings, as the below screenshot:
