ZyWall 110 will not boot up

Hello.
ZyWall 110 will not boot up, the PWR led is on and the SYS led keeps blinking no matter how long i wait. I can't access console at all, any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @cavolo
You can make sure your serial cable is available for others device.
And Zywall110 default baud rate is 115200, so terminal setting must be the same.

Thanks for the response. 
My serial is working on other devices, but didn't use the rate 115200. i will try it, when i get back to the location where the ZyWall 110 is.
