Customer has a USG60W, has worked well for 3 years.
Had power issues overnight. I went onsite, reset breakers, reset cable modem, USG, and switch, and server.
Internet is up and works well. Local network works well.
Users connect to SSL VPN using AD authentication. Test in GUI works.
No one can connect.
I did latest firmware update, using latest SecuExtender software.
I went through setup step by step twice to make sure everything was correct.
Any thoughts what to do next?

Hi @circuitsboard
You can have a check it first:
(1)Go to Configuration > Object > Auth, Method.
Make sure the "AD auth object" added into "default" object.
(2) And then access to USG60W login portal page. (e.g. 192.168.1.1)
Enter the AD username/password for test. It have to pass first.
If fail, you may provide the fail log for further check.0 -
AD login relies on RRAS services?
