UAG4100 - User disconnected automatically after 3 minutes

Hello community,

I've a problem with my hotel WLAN. Guests who have logged in with a web access (username, password) and successfully connected to the internet are automatically logged out again after approx. 3 minutes. They can then log in again and access the Internet again.

What settings need to be made so that this no longer happens? Guests have a minimum time of 1 week at their disposal.
