ATP 100 Connection Not Working

I have an ATP 100 connected to business internet router in bridge mode on one side and a Net Gear Orbi mesh wi-fi on the other. The unit goes as far as a flashing sync light. The WAN light and LAN lights do not come up, and I can no longer get a connection. What to do?

    Hi @PoulosEsq,
    Could you kindly share your configuration via Private Messages?
    Also, please also collect kernel debug log when issue agian. 
    - connect console port and log in 
    - input "debug kernel console-level 8"
    - collect all output messages for us.

    RMA for our ATP100W, the SFP port is broken.

    Hi @kunz,
    Did you mean the RMA ATP100w SFP port is bad ?
    Have you changed the tranceiver to test ?

    Yes the SFP port was defective as the RMA has pushed thru, just found out last night, many thanks.
