Anyone having VPN issues from Mac on v5.31 (ATPxxx)
Had a user suddenly unable to VPN into their office today. Mac on OSX 12.x (think it was 12.3 initially, Upgraded to 12.5 and didn't make any difference). SecuExtender 1.2.4.1. They constantly get an incorrect userid/password error. But the ATP logs don't show ANY connection/attempt from the user at all. Like they never even tried to connect. Turned on the deny log for the catch all rule - no activity. Windows clients connect just fine.
I did notice this router upgraded to v5.31 from v5.30 last night - seems like a strong coincidence. But don't want to roll it back unless I have to. Waiting to hear from the other Mac user this company has to see if they were able to connect today or not.
