Zyxel USG 60 stuck spinning on loading screen Easy Mode

I switch the mode to easy mode and now the gui wont load. I have rebooted and cleared cache. Once I log in, it takes me the easy mode page, but will not load. Please help

    Do a reset load config from backup

    Really I don't see the point in easy mode might as well get a home router.

    Have you tried restarting ? Maybe the daemon is stuck .

    - connect console port and log in , then input "debug kernel console-level 8".
    collect all output messages for us.
