Even though I am not 100% certain in my conclusion, I would try disconnecting power and everything else for at least 10 minutes, ideally 30 minutes, and then check with only power connected. If it still blinks orange, I would conclude that it is defective beyond repair.0

In case my assumption is wrong, I would have tried the more advanced reset method of 30-30-30 (pushing the reset button for 30 seconds, release it for 30 seconds, press it for another 30 seconds). Please note that this method may work on some devices, but not all of them.0

Hi @joudeh1996
Steady orange LED means the NWA5123-AC failed to boot up or is experience system failure.
As @smb_corp_user suggested, please reset AP by pressing hardware reset button for more than 20 seconds until LED begins to blink then release the button and wait for AP to restart.
If you had download backup config file before, you can reload it to return the configurations after AP boot up.
Thank you
Regards,
Bella
