upgrade fw usg20w

mi trovo a dover aggiornare un vecchio USG20W-VPN che è fermo al firmware 3.30 (BDR.7), non trovo istruzioni per il passaggio ad una versione successiva, applicando direttamente l'ultima la 5.30 dice che il firmware non è compatibile. qualcuno mi guida a fare i passaggi intermedi di release? grazie

Ciao @VMolla85 USG20W e USG20W-VPN sono due dispositivi completamente diversi. Tra l'altro, di recente è stato "rinominato" USG50W Flex, con il passaggio ai firmware più recenti (5.x)

Il più recente firmware disponibile per USG20W è lo 3.30(BDR.9)ITS-WK48-r74988, risalente ad inizio dicembre 2016. Non riesco a fornirti un link dove trovarlo, magari con un po' d'impegno ricercandolo riesci a trovarlo.

USG20W per diversi motivi è un dispositivo che non ti consiglio di usare, in primis perchè privo di aggiornamenti firmware da circa 5 anni. Non sono affiliato a Zyxel in alcun modo, questa è la mia personale opinione.
Infine... la community è principalmente in inglese. Ogni tanto qualcuno come te parla nella propria lingua madre. Capisco che è comodo, ma credo che capiranno questo post in 4 gatti, 3 bertucce ed una dozzina di topolini. Postare in inglese permette di avere un pubblico certamente più ampio. E se si fanno ricerche, anche risposte già pronte, non è la prima volta che se ne parla qui ;-)

Hi VMolla85, USG20W and USG20W-VPN are two completely different products. Recently, USG20W-VPN has been rebadged as USG 50W Flex with the latest generation of firmware (5.x)

Latest firmware available for USG20W is 3.30(BDR.9)ITS-WK48-r74988, dated december 2016. I currently don't have an URL for you but maybe using a search engine (or the forum) you will find a file.

USG20W for several reasons is a device that I suggest you not to use, mostly because is latest firmware is date almost 6 years ago. No personal affiliation with Zyxel, this is my personal opinion.

Community is mostly english "speaking". Sometimes few posters use their own language, but this will reduce the audience for questions; using english give a such bigger audience, and support. Also, searching english terms will allow you to find a lot of answers, including the one i gave you, not the first time that questions like this are asked.

As @mMontana said, USG20W and USG20W-VPN are two different models. The latest version of USG20W is 330BDR9ITS-WK48-r74988. It's available in New and Release. Thank you.
