VPN2S-Firmware Upgrade Status not activated

Hi there,

This product was registered. I tried to activate it, content filter was activated, but firmware upgrade status was not activated. Went through all your guide, it didn’t work. I upgraded the newest firmware, still didn’t work. Another issue is Current date: 2020-09-20   can’t change.

Attached please find two pics for your reference. 

Can you please help sort it out? Thanks.

Hello @DISense,

It could be the device does not have the internet accesss yet, so it hasn't connect to MZC database. As you can see in the first screenshot, MZC does not have the information of "Last Sign in Date", "Last Sign in IP", "Last Sign in Version".

Please connect the device to the internet and check again. Thank you.

Thanks! This issue was fixed through VPN. The registration access or process was blocked in some region.
