WAX APs and 5.9GHz extention to 5GhZ Wi-Fi

5.9GHz finally approved by a court: https://www.fiercewireless.com/tech/court-upholds-fccs-decision-59-ghz.  The FCC planned for his to be added to 5GHz wi-fi.   5.9GHz will given us a third 160MHz unique carrier etc, a major improvement.

Any plans or schedule for the 5.9GHz extension to be added to the WAX series of APs?
