    I got a notification about the update of my topic in the forum and I can confirm some kind of troubles:
    Situation on an ATP200


    Situation on an ATP500

    The update to 5.32 was done weeks ago, so it was working after the update but since 2022-12-15 I don't get updates...

    We found no errors in this check, and schedule update work as expected now.All signatures are up to date. 
    I thought we can continue to observe this issue.

    @Zyxel_Kevin , the problem keeps appearing randomly on all the devices we manage. I did a check this morning and one device had outdated AM, TIML, URL and IP Filter definitions. Running the manual update downloaded and installed the updated definitions. See my screenshot
