ATP 500 with SFP-LX-10-D - SFP port dead?

Hi everyone

We've recently deployed a fully updated ATP 500 with a SFP-LX-10-D module as the WAN port. 
Unfortunately, we're struggling getting it to work. We have Activated/Enabled the interface but for some reason the SFP module is not being registered in the management interface, nor does the LINK and ACTIVITY lights turn on/blink. 

We can see an active Link from the device in the other end of the fiber, no activity though.

I have not been able to find any documentation regarding troubleshooting SFP in Zyxel devices so I'm at a bit of a loss here.

The problem has been fixed. The issue was that the port was set to Auto-Negotiate. For some reason, changing this setting through the UI did not work and had to be done through the CLI and the device then rebooted.
