myZyxel
Hello,
I need support to complete a task on the myZyxel platform.
I have 2 accounts, with 2 separate email addresses, and for some reason we've registered some devices on the first account and some on the second.
I would like to know if it's possible to transfer all devices on one of these accounts.
Then I need to cancel the registration for a used USG110 that I bought from the internet to register it on my account.

Hi @ETSTECH,All devices are transferred from the secondary account to the main account. Please have the status of the main account on myZyxel portal.0
