Upgrading an USG110 to USG700Flex - some questions

Since our USG110, especially the support for it, is soonly running out of service, we're considering to purchase an USG700Flex as replacement to avoid a complete new OS we have to familiarize ourselves with. In this connection a few questions occur:

1.

In Europe following devices are available for purchase:

USGFLEX700-EU0101F

USGFLEX700-EU101F

USGFLEX700-EU0102F

USGFLEX700-EU102F

Further different shops differ between

Zyxel Zywall USG Flex 700 and

Zyxel USG 700 Flex

We taking for granted that these devices are all the same and only the accompanied licences are differing between 101F and 102F, isn't it?

Is there an overview available about all currently offered licence numbers (101F, 102F, etc.)?

The device will be offered with two possible operation options: "On Premises" and "Nebula Cloud". We are not convinced of the cloud mode, since so many configuration and traffic details of the firewall will be permanently transmitted to Zyxel Nebula servers.

Further, here in Europe, we got the GDPR law in place. As per this law, Zyxel would act as a data processor on our behalf and has to be binded to us by a contract pursuant to Article 28 (3) GDPR. Will such a standard contract be offered by Zyxel, like e.g. all European Website Hoster doing that since years?

We taking for granted, that when deciding to operate in "Premises Mode", only things like the nice new Nebula Cloud supervising functionalities are missing, but the core UTM protection functionalities are the same. Or are other additional limitations in place for the "on premises" mode?

I remember that there was a Zyxel USG configuration converter available at Zyxel's website. Presently any Google results are not longer available or under construction:

Is there another web source available? Has anybody tried to convert e.g. from an USG110 to an USGFLEX700? Any problems occured?

1) The difference is that, 101F without UTM bundle, 102F with UTM bundle

3) Currently, On line converter server is undergoing maintenance, it will be back by this Friday.

    BTW, it is unable to convert USG110 to FLEX700, you need to set up from scratch.

When will USG Flex 700 be available again? Presently your Zyxel online store shows "out of stock". Also all Zyxel partner shops in Germany have no devices available. Could you predict the availability of new devices in Europe/Germany?
