VMG8924-B10A how can I easily schedule the Wi-Fi to go off overnight?

Got the router through John Lewis broadband. I’d like to schedule the Wi-Fi to turn off for bedtime. I tried via parental controls but I don’t want to specify particular access for particular devices, just make the WiFi unavailable on weekday evenings (with a different schedule for weekends). It seems really overly complex. I can see articles on how to do this in other routers just not this one. I have a couple of range extenders and assume that they’ll go off at same time. Thank you!!
