How i can block VPN Hotspot

I have an issue, I configured to block some applications such as Youtube and Facebook on my Zywall, but some users installed the VPN software and they can access those websites normally. How can I block the VPN program?

Depending on the VPN it can be imposable to block even if you know the VPN being used.

Depending on the model you have you can select “Tunneling and proxy services” for application to block.

You could limit outgoing connections for DNS, HTTP and HTTPS

You can try to block by App Patrol Tunneling service. Select the Application name to create a app patrol profile and applying to security policy.
