No more Links on my XS1930-10
Hi,
my XS1930-10 does not connect to other devices on any port. All Link LEDs are off.
Running a factory reset hasn't changed the situation.
Power and SYS LED are green, Cloud LED is orange.
Since the ports are not recognizing any device, I have no chance to access the system.
Who do I need to call to get an RMA in Germany and get it fixed?

Hi @Motivio,
Did you press the restore button for 10 seconds to factory default the switch?
If yes, please reference this link to submit the RMA request.
If not, please try to factory default the switch and verify whether the issue has been solved or not.
