USG 310 Antivirus Signature

one of ours brand new USG 310 seems to be unable to update the Anti-Virus Signature correctly, everytime I hit the "update now" button I get this message "AV Current signature version 1.0.0.001 on device is latest. (success) at Tue Jul 31 11:22:40 2018" and the release date on the signature information is stuck at "2013-09-17 05:00:00 (UTC+01:00)".
Anyway, on a working USG 310 I get signature version 2.0.2.071 which seems very different.
Some details:
As I wrote this is a brand new USG 310 with 1 year antivir subscription which started yesterday, the running configuration has been converted from an old USG 300 using the zyxel cloud-converter.

As our discussing in private message, the symptom has gone after 24 hours.
The reason could be that the device met some kind of network accessing issue when it is trying to sync the registration information in very beginning. However, since the device will sync up with the server and fetch the license status periodically, the symptom will disappear after a while automatically.
