How to reset/connect to NWA1123-AC

I have tried to reset the NWA1123-AC using the reset button and the 30-30-30 method.  The AP shows SSID ZYXEL, and WiFi can connect, but it doesn't provide an IP using DHCP. 

I have connected to the AP using the wired ethernet and the AP responds to a ping at 192.168.1.2, but I cannot connect either using HTTP or SSH.

How can I reset the NWA1123-AC to factory defaults so that I can reconfigure it?

    Hi @Mile_E

     

    If you have pressed the reset button for 10~15 seconds and saw the first LED light blink the red light for a few seconds, you have reset the AP. And please wait for the AP boot. Based on the AP status, you can wait for 5 minutes and ping 192.168.1.2.

    If the AP has responded, you can try to use SSL and HTTP to login..

    If it can’t still go to the Web GUI, please help us do the RMA process.

    No red light.  When I press the reset, the light flashes yellow, then restarts and flashes green.

    I'm not the original purchaser; RMA probably not possible.

    Please use the ZON tool to check the AP IP, and use the browser to connect Local GUI.(http://AP IP)

    Because the NWA1123-AC has been launched for serval years.
    If it still can't detect by ZON or connect to the local GUI, the device might be faulty.
