Client to Site IPSEC VPN behind NAT

Good evening,

I'm trying to configure an IPSEC VPN client to site tunnel (I only have a public IP).

I made all the configurations that I found in the various online driving, but none of them gave me the desired result.

Through Zyxel's IPSEC VPN software I can download the configuration (done through configuration provisioning), but when I try to establish the connection and open the tunnel, it stops at phase1.

Has anyone had this problem?

Can you help me with a step-by-step guide to creating this tunnel?
