Of course. Create a rule from the WAN interface to Zywall. Source is the WAN IP of the remote end of the tunnel and destination is any. Service is any and Action is allow.

i have sed the same rule but nothing happens. are there other routing/firewall rules should be added?

For me, this was the solution at the time. But maybe you have a different problem.

Please kindly check you have rule that "From:WAN to Zywall service: UDP500 and UDP4500"

thank you it worked, i have a question is it possible alsaw to use my laptop to connect to the office from anywhere witha VPN connection like PPTP? i know this can be done with RRAS on Windows server but doing this on USG 100 that is connect IPsec site to site to ATP200 is possible or not?

I'm glad that your issue has been resolved.
For security concern. Zyxel firewall doesn't support PPTP. But you can use L2TP over IPsec as an alternative.
