SecuReporter Secure Report - Cannot configure history

When I go to secureporter / history / report it just says No Report Yet...It has been stuck there forever, no option to configure. Have double checked all settings are enabled. Am on old version 4.38 2020-04-07 remote site, afraid to upgrade because its 150 miles away.  Is it version issue? Any way to patch without firmware upgrade?
