USG20 firmware update

I installed firmware 5.3 to update the original version, 12 hours have passed and it continues to update, right now I can't see which version is installed because whenever I enter the router through the browser it gives a timeout error, any ideas?

Welcome to the Zyxel community.  Could you share the screenshot of the browser with us? Maybe you could execute the below verifications:
(1). Entering the device's Web-GUI in incognito mode.
(2). Entering the device via console cable and issuing the CLI "show version" to see the current firmware version.
(3). What is the LED status of PWR and SYS? Are they normal?
(4). Once you notice you still cannot enter the device, please reboot the device.
