USG40W admin panel / CLI hangs when downloading large file

USG40W CLI and admin panel hangs while downloading large files.

If we turn on Traffic Statistics Collection ( System Status/Traffic Statistics ) then the 
CLI, the Admin Panel, and the internet traffic on the whole network becomes unavailable. 
----
Is there any way to fix this?
