No Internet at connection

in Switch
Just got these in the mail and plugged them in. Computer is telling me there is no internet connection and wifi is extremely slow. All lights green.

    Welcome to the Zyxel community!
    In order to solve your problem, cloud you share what model are you using?
    Also, have you checked if your PC has an IP address or not?
    Could you open cmd and enter ipconfig (Window OS) to check?
    And is the link LED blinking and never stopping?
