I have an F1000 Router and looking to know how to update the firmware

Hi I have an eircom F1000 ZyXEL router and i what to update the firmware and but it into bridging mode.Can you please advise the steps i should do.

I don't work for Zyxel but I have found from https://www.boards.ie/discussion/2057302483/howto-unlock-your-eircom-f1000 that an Eircomm F1000 is a Zyxel VMG8324 device.

but that Google Drive link does not work any more. 

The Zyxel VMG8924 firmware v28 available at https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/4403361365778-Advanced-Downloads-for-CPE-devices could work in the VMG8324.

The download link there is broken, but the same firmware is available at https://www.studerus.ch/de/support/downloadcenter and the release note says that it supports the VMG8324-B10A and the VMG8924-B10A.

There is a 2013 user guide for VMG8324 at http://prodotti.zyxel.it/USERSGUIDE/ZYXVMG-8324.pdf

There is some other user help about bridging at https://kitz.co.uk/routers/zyxel_VMG8324-B10A_bridge.htm

But I have not tried any of this myself.
