Zyxel GS1920 series : how to config native vlan

Hi all,

I am newbie for Zyxel swicth. I have just buy 05 switch Zyxel GS1920-24HPv2.
on old cisco switch, i have configure command :

Switch mode trunk

Switch trunk native vlan x

So please help guide me how to configre it on Zyxel 1920-24HPv2 ?

Welcome to the Zyxel community!

Zyxel switch allows users to assign a unique PVID(Port VLAN ID) to each port and configure whether the port should be tagged or untagged in a specific VLAN.

Here's the relationship between cisco VLAN and Zyxel VLAN:

• switch mode trunk v.s. fixed VLAN member with tx tagging
• switch trunk native VLAN x v.s. PVID x & fixed VLAN member without tx tagging

You could check our handbook chapter 2.1 for example.
