Hi @Globsit,
Thanks for providing the tech support.
From the tech support logs, I found GS3700 was changing the Port Detection Status between Delivering Power/Searching.
To better clarify this problem, I would like to check the following with you:- Please connect a PD which can be powered on by another PoE switch/injector to verify the switch can power on this PD.
Thanks.

confimed that other PD can be powered on by another PoE switch such as some VoIP Cisco phones & 1 thermal cam (exactly the PD joined on the GS3700)

Hi @Globsit,
Thanks for sharing the test result.
Did you use the same cable to test the thermal cam with another PoE switch?
- If it is not the same cable, the PoE problem might due to the cable. You could change the cable and test again.
- If the PD still cannot be powered on or it is the same cable, then the PoE function of GS3700 might be broken.
Since the RMA support for GS3700 ended on 2020-07-19, you might need to move the PD to another PoE switch.
